Praksis Beginners Course

What to expect

Held over 4 Sunday’s from May 17th to June 7th, this course is designed as an introduction to our classes and philosophy. All skill levels will be catered for, and complete beginners are strongly encouraged.

In these 1hr sessions you will work through our Mobility, Strength, Handstand and Movement material.

Whilst our regular schedule is designed in such a way that complete beginners can integrate smoothly into any class, we understand that sometimes it can be daunting entering into a new space without knowing what to expect. We have designed this course specifically to give you a gradual and progressive introduction. Our overall aim is to help you feel at home with the material, the way we practice, and the space.

Throughout the course, you will gain insight into our methodology of practice, and hopefully understand how our approach to training can improve your experience of being in a body.

At the end of the course, you have the option to transition smoothly into our regular classes if you feel the practice is for you.
