About your coach, Laura

Laura’s one of the originals. She’s been part of Praksis since it was a dream, an idea, a series of workouts in the backyard, a studio in Phillip and now a studio in Campbell. After almost 3 years on cultural exchange in Sydney, she’s BACK. Laura’s movement is a deep interplay between dedicated practice, spiritual/philosophical contemplations, and ample play.

Horse rider, ultimate frisbee player, movement practitioner, linguist, nurse, director, writer, actor, filmmaker. Laura’s done a lot in her spring years. Those who’ve spent time with her understand it’s all been part of the great uncovering of her life. And that she loves being part of other people uncovering theirs!

Clear and kind, Laura is determined to meet people where they’re at. She puts connection first to inform her coaching so that everyone leaves feeling a bit lighter and a lot more capable.
